Account, cloud and PDF

Free and Pro

Drawing and simulation are free and need no account. The current drawing is kept automatically in your browser, and you can export it as a PNG image (with a small watermark in the free version). Pro adds drawings saved to your account, opening and saving .json files and vector PDF export. See pricing.

Creating an account

  1. Click the account button (top right) → Register. Enter your email and a password of at least 8 characters.
  2. Open the activation link in the email we send (valid for 48 hours). Check your spam folder if it does not arrive.
  3. Sign in. The account menu shows your plan and offers Upgrade to Pro.

Forgot your password? Use Forgot your password? in the sign-in dialog; the link is valid for one hour. Changing the password signs out every other session.

Cloud drawings (Pro)

  • Save (or Ctrl+S) stores the drawing in your account. The first time you are asked for a name; a cloud icon appears next to the title.
  • Save as new drawing… keeps a copy under another name.
  • Open → My drawings lists your drawings with date and size; open, rename or delete them.
  • Drawings are up to 10 MB each (images count) and up to 300 per account. They are stored on our servers in the EU.

Files, PNG and PDF

  • Download .json file / Open .json file: keep drawings on your computer or share them with colleagues.
  • PNG: a high-resolution image of the drawing, for homework, presentations and reports.
  • PDF (Pro): vector A4 pages with embedded fonts. Open Ladder editor windows are printed as part of the sheet; each editor also has its own PDF button.

Educators and schools

Accounts with an email address of a recognised educational network get the educator price automatically. Other educators choose Request next to the educator price and describe their school and specialty; we reply by email. School licences are arranged by email at info@virtuino.com.

Managing your subscription

Account menu → My account → Manage subscription opens the Paddle customer portal, where you can download invoices, change your card or cancel. After cancelling, Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
